The focus of my counselling psychology practice is to provide a safe, supportive space to explore life’s challenges and strengthen emotional wellbeing.

I work collaboratively with individuals to better understand thoughts, feelings, and behaviours, helping you develop practical coping strategies, build resilience, and move toward meaningful, lasting change. My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and tailored to your unique needs.

Currently offering telehealth appointments only.

Tell me more…

I’ve worked with individuals and groups across urban and rural Australia. I’m a registered Counselling Psychologist (AHPRA) and a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS), with experience across consultancies, government agencies and private practice. My career journey spans roles in cyber security project management, mental health research and psychology, giving me a broad and practical perspective.

My practice is focused on supporting clients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, low self-worth, relationship difficulties and life transitions, with a focus on mild to moderate presentations. I use evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing, alongside a compassionate, person-centred approach to help clients work towards meaningful change.
